Commitment to excellence in roadside assistance
Priority Help Car was born from the experience of three entrepreneurs in the automotive sector, GPS technology, and software development. They identified a real problem: millions of drivers across Europe face roadside emergencies without quick access to trusted professionals. Market fragmentation, lack of price transparency, and the absence of digital tools created a poor experience for drivers and professionals alike. This sparked the vision of building a technology platform that would connect both sides directly, transparently, and without intermediaries.
After an intense period of research and development, we designed the complete platform architecture: a single mobile application integrating a real-time map with available professionals, a request system with competitive quotes, live GPS tracking, user ratings, and fleet management for companies. Market analysis confirmed the need: most drivers had no way of knowing which professional was available nearby, how much the service would cost, or how long it would take to arrive. Our solution eliminates that uncertainty by connecting drivers directly with professionals, without intermediaries or service commissions.
In January 2025 we launched Priority Help Car in Spain as a pioneer country. The platform is already available in 8 languages and operational for professionals and drivers across Europe. Throughout 2026 we continue active expansion into Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Poland, and Romania, with the goal of building the largest connection network between drivers and mobility professionals on the continent.
