Priority Help Car was born when three entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the automotive sector, GPS technology, and software development identified a critical problem: in Europe, more than 75 million drivers experience road incidents annually, but traditional assistance systems had major deficiencies. After experiencing firsthand situations of uncertainty on unfamiliar roads, they developed a comprehensive vision that would revolutionize the sector: a platform that would not only connect users and professionals in roadside assistance and vehicle transport, but would also integrate real-time tracking, intelligent assignment algorithms, and a transparent rating system to ensure service excellence, creating true technological innovation in mobility.
After months of research and development, we completed the design of our revolutionary platform. Market studies revealed impactful data: more than 78% of drivers experienced wait times of over 45 minutes for roadside assistance, and 68% did not receive updates on when help would arrive. We identified that one of the biggest challenges was market fragmentation and the difficulty of finding available professionals in roadside assistance and vehicle transport. Our solution: integrate all professionals and users into a single platform that eliminates intermediaries and where professionals show their availability in real time, characteristics of their assistance or transport vehicles, and even their return routes to offer better quotes. The functional prototype demonstrated how this approach reduces wait times by up to 65% and optimizes costs for all participants, without additional commissions.
In 2025 we took the initiative to launch Priority Help Car in Spain as a pioneer country, and very soon in Portugal, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, and Romania, always maintaining our commitment to excellence and innovation. Our expansion plans also include the United States and South America, with the aim of revolutionizing roadside assistance globally.

We offer three platform access plans: Welcome (all new users enjoy free trial days of the Premium plan), Basic (additional connection features) and Unlimited (full access to premium digital tools). Plans unlock in-app features like direct contact, advanced filters, and management tools. Important: physical assistance or transport services are agreed and paid directly between you and the chosen professional.

Rewards: If you invite a user: you get +5 days and your friend gets +3 days. If you invite a professional: you get +14 days and your friend gets +30 days. Response time depends on your location and the availability of nearby roadside assistance and vehicle transport professionals, but our goal is to connect you with assistance in less than 30 minutes. The application will show you an estimated arrival time in real-time and will keep you informed about the progress of the assigned professional.
