These Terms govern your access to and use of the Priority Help Car mobile application and/or website (hereinafter "Priority Help Car") as a Service Provider. By registering and using the Platform, you agree to and are bound by these Conditions, thereby establishing a contractual relationship between you and Priority Help Car.
These Terms expressly supersede any prior agreement or arrangement that may have existed between you and Priority Help Car.
These Conditions apply to your use of the Platform Services internationally. If you operate in a specific country, you are subject to the laws and regulations of that jurisdiction, which shall prevail in case of conflict with these Terms.

Right of Spot Verification: Priority Help Car may (without any obligation), at its sole discretion and in specific cases it deems necessary, request documentation proving compliance with legal requirements (licenses, insurance, certifications, etc.).
The request for or spot verification of documentation in some cases does NOT constitute an obligation on Priority Help Car's part to verify all providers nor does it guarantee that all providers comply with legal requirements. The responsibility for compliance remains exclusively yours.

Subscriptions are processed exclusively through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You accept the payment and billing terms of these stores.
Renewal is automatic according to the billing cycle of the contracted plan.

Priority Help Car does NOT manage payments between you and clients for vehicular services rendered. The Priority Help Car subscription only covers access to and use of the platform.

In case of suspension or cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the corresponding app store portal:
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. There are no refunds for periods already paid.
Once the subscription is cancelled, you will lose access to platform functionalities according to the terms of your plan.
By using Priority Help Car, you agree that we collect and share your GPS location and contact data necessary to facilitate connection and service provision to clients.
You can control your availability and visibility on the platform through the application settings.

The contractual relationship is EXCLUSIVELY between you and the client.
Priority Help Car is NOT a party to the service contract.

Access to and use of these external applications is at the user's sole responsibility.
By uploading content (photos, descriptions, etc.) you grant Priority Help Car:

When you receive personal data from clients (name, phone, location), YOU act as DATA CONTROLLER according to GDPR.

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The fact that Priority Help Car does not exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Priority Help Car may modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
We will notify you of important changes with reasonable advance notice. If you continue using the platform after the changes, you accept the new terms.
You MAY NOT assign, transfer, or sublicense these terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without Priority Help Car's prior written consent.
Priority Help Car may freely assign its rights and obligations to any third party (including acquirers, mergers, or successors) without your consent, provided that the assignee entity maintains Priority Help Car's obligations under these Terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where you primarily operate as a Provider. If you operate in multiple countries, the laws of the country where your business is registered shall apply.
For providers operating in the European Union, Spanish legislation and applicable European directives shall apply subsidiarily.
Disputes related to these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the country where you primarily operate.
For providers in Spain: Courts of Madrid, Spain.
For providers in other countries: The courts of your local jurisdiction shall have competence, without prejudice to Priority Help Car's right to initiate proceedings in any jurisdiction where you have assets or conduct operations.
Before resorting to courts, the parties agree to submit disputes to arbitration according to the international commercial arbitration rules applicable in your jurisdiction.
For cross-border disputes, the parties shall submit to the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) or equivalent institution.
