Priority Help Car operates under an In-App Subscriptions model managed by third parties. This means that:
Priority Help Car plan subscriptions purchased within the App
Because payments are made on external platforms, Priority Help Car does not have the technical or legal capacity to issue direct refunds to your payment method.
All refund requests are subject to the policies of the store where you made the purchase:
Apple manages all transactions privately. Priority Help Car cannot see or modify your payments.
Apple Policy:
Apple usually grants refunds if the request is made within the first few days and there is valid justification, but the decision is 100% Apple's.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and local consumer laws:
By subscribing to Priority Help Car, you request the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that, once the service starts (access to the app and its functions), you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you have not used the service and are within the legal period of your country, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by requesting it directly from Apple or Google, who will act in accordance with applicable European legislation on their platforms.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
⚠️ Important: Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must do it manually:

Android:
Google Play Store → Profile Icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Priority Help Car → Cancel

Notification:
Any changes will be notified by the App Store (Google/Apple) in advance.
Your Right:
If you do not agree with the new price, you must cancel your subscription before renewal.
Tacit Acceptance:
Payment of renewal after notice implies acceptance of the new price.

Who processes my payment?
Google Play or Apple App Store, not Priority Help Car directly.
Can I request a refund from Priority Help Car?
No. You must request it from the store where you made the purchase (Apple or Google).
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, but you must do it manually from your device settings.
Will I get my money back if I cancel?
No. You only lose access at the end of the already paid period.
What if I have a problem with the tow truck?
You must claim directly with the service provider, not Priority Help Car.
